Placing an Order

We accept orders via email or telephone. We will request an email for personalised items so we can check the spelling of the names requested. To order please email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • List of Products you would like. Please be as specific as possible.
  • The name/s to go on each (if products are personalised)
  • Physical address for delivery (either SAPO or Courier cost additional).

On receipt of your order, we will do proofs of the personalised items of the order and email them to you for approval.

Once the order is approved, we will email you an invoice. On payment of the invoice, the order will go to print/manufacture. Please note that a proof of payment is required before the order will be manufactured.

Delivery or Collection
Please note that we try to use the SAPO when we can, otherwise we use a courier service so please be aware of the additional costs depending on your order. You're also welcome to collect your order from our office in Parkmore, Sandton.
